The yearbooks are delivered to us and will be ready for picked up! Due to this unprecedented situation, our yearbook production company was a bit delayed in delivering our yearbooks, so it didn't make it on time for those grade levels who already picked up their student belongings on Tuesday and Wednesday. For 4th graders and 5th graders who ordered, they will be receiving the yearbooks along with their other belongings when they pickup today. For other grade levels (K-3rd), we will have the yearbook ready to pick up TOMORROW, Friday May 22, 9-11am, at the Beverly front driveway. Please be ready to have a sign with your student's name. Due to time constraint, unfortunately K-3rd students who purchased yearbooks but have siblings in 4th and 5th will have to come back to get their copy on this day. We apologize if this delay has caused multiple pickup trips for you. We will also have limited number of extras ($40) for those who did not order but want to purchase. Please bring cash (exact change) or check written out to Beverly Elementary PTA. If you have any question, please feel free to reach out to communications@beverlypta.com

How to Access the Beverly Online Directory
The Beverly PTA website has an online directory! By accessing this directory, you can contact other parents and set up virtual playdates! Regularly, this feature is only for PTA member only, but the we want to encourage everyone to stay in touch and support each other during this time, so we are opening this directory access to all Beverly families whether you are a PTA member or not, through July 31. If you wish to be able to see the contact information for your child’s friends, please follow these steps:
Here is how to access the directory:
- Log in to your account on www.beverlypta.com,
- In the top Menu under the Bobcat header picture, go to “Resources”, then in the drop down menu under that, click “Directory".
- From there you can search for a name by entering it into the search fields, or you can scroll through all the entries alphabetically.
If you have never registered for an account on our PTA website:
- Go to www.beverlypta.com.
- Click “Login/Register” on the left navigation menu on the top yellow button.
- On the next page, click the green “Create Account” button.
- You will fill in the form on the following page with basic information to create your account.
- The website will send you an email with instructions to complete the process of registration.
- When you log in to the website after completing your registration, click on “My Account” on the top navigation menu (look at the white words on the dark background under the bobcat picture).
- Click on “Parent and Student Information” to fill in your family’s name and contact information. This info will only be shown on the directory if you choose it in the next step.
- Click on “Student Online Directory Preferences.” Here you will be asked if you want to have your information published in the directory, and then you can choose specifically which information you want included in the directory for other parents to view. We suggest at least including one parent’s name, the child’s name and grade, and a phone number and/or email address that you will regularly check so that your child’s friends’ parents can get in touch with you to set up online playdates, etc. Many students have different last names than their one of their parents, so this is why it’s good to also include the child’s name and grade.
- Begin searching the directory for your child’s friends and set up some virtual playdates! Get to know the other parents in your class!
If you already have a PTA website account but are not a member of the PTA:
- Make sure you have updated your information and opted in to the directory. (See steps below.)
