Beverly Elementary School 2026–2027 Yearbooks Are Now on Sale!

It's time to start saving those Bobcat memories! We're excited to partner with Treering again to create a yearbook filled with the special moments, friendships, and experiences that make this school year memorable.

This year, families can choose between softcover and hardcover editions and even purchase a book to donate to someone in our school community.

Yearbook Features

• Two FREE Custom Pages: Every yearbook includes two free custom pages that you can personalize with your favorite photos, memories, and messages. These pages are unique to your child's book and will not appear in other students' yearbooks.
• Softcover and Hardcover Options: Choose the style that works best for your family, based on the options available when ordering.
• Yearbook Donations: Families can purchase a yearbook to donate and help share the memories with others in our school community.

Please Note: The PTA will not be ordering extra yearbooks. Treering prints books based on orders placed, so be sure to purchase yours before the deadline.

Ordering and Delivery Information

• Order by April 21, 2027: Orders placed by this date will be shipped directly to Beverly Elementary for school distribution. Your student will bring their yearbook home.
• Order after April 21, 2027: Orders placed after this date will be shipped directly to your home, and additional shipping costs will apply.

How to Order Your Yearbook

1. Visit Treering's Beverly Elementary ordering page.
2. Create a free Treering account or log in to your existing account.
3. If prompted, enter the Beverly Elementary school passcode: 1017207012213017.
4. Select your child's yearbook, choose your preferred cover, and complete your purchase.

You can also use your Treering account to personalize your child's two free custom pages with photos and memories from the school year.

Looking for a Yearbook from a Previous School Year?

Missed out on a yearbook from a previous year? You can still purchase one through your existing Treering account and have it shipped directly to your home.

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Treering account and select Explore Yearbooks.
2. On the yearbook homepage, select your child from the list at the top.
3. Under Looking for Older Yearbooks?, select the school and school year you'd like to purchase.
4. If the school year is not listed, you may need to add it to your child's account. See Treering's instructions for updating your child's settings.
5. If custom pages or recognition ads were created for that year, you may be able to view them.
6. Choose a softcover or hardcover edition, if available, select Add to Cart, and confirm your order details.

Important: You can create custom pages for previous-year yearbooks, but they must be completed before placing your order to ensure they are printed in the book.

Help Us Fill the 2026–2027 Yearbook with Memories!

The Beverly Yearbook Team is collecting photos from all grade levels, school clubs, and PTA events to help capture the special moments that make this school year memorable. We want to showcase experiences from across our school community, and we need your help!

What Kind of Photos Are We Looking For?

We'd love to see photos from throughout the school year, including:

• Field trips
• Fifth-grade overnight camp
• Class parties
• After-school clubs
• Special events at school
• School contests, including Book Fair, Reading Fair, Science Fair, Fire Prevention, and Spelling Bee
• PTA events, including Spirit Nights, Trunk or Treat, and Walk to School
• Music programs and performances
• First day of school
• Dress-up days, including Red Ribbon Week and Education Go Get It Week
• Photos with teachers, classmates, and friends at school

Whether it's a big school event or a small everyday moment, we'd love to see it!

How to Submit Your Photos

Email your photos to pictures@beverlypta.com for consideration in the 2026–2027 yearbook.

Please include your child's grade level in your email so we can make sure all grade levels are represented.

Photo Guidelines

• High-resolution photos: Please submit the original, full-quality image whenever possible. Most newer mobile phones take great photos.
• Photo selection: While we do our best to include as many photos as possible, we cannot guarantee that every submitted photo will be used.
