Want to volunteer but don’t have time or energy for an ongoing commitment, especially during the busy school year? We have the perfect opportunity for you! In July, we have four PTA volunteers meet to review our finances for a financial reconciliation. 

What’s awesome about it: 

• Don’t have to battle busy school schedules
• Time and day (as long as it’s in July) can be selected by the committee members 
• FREE meal provided by the PTA while you volunteer In most cases can be finished in about 4 hours, in one sitting 
• Don’t have to be an accountant! Anyone can do it. 
• You’re helping the PTA, because we are required to do this every year!

Calling all Bobcats class of 2022! Beverly Elementary Senior Reception will be May 19, 4:30-6pm in the Beverly Library.  All HS seniors that attended Beverly Elementary from 2009-10 through 2014-15 and are graduating from high school this year are invited. Parents/guardians  are welcome as well. 

The 2022 Kirby Scholarship application is open now! This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who attended Beverly at least 4 years. Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. on May 7, 2022. Click here for application form and guidelines. Winner will be announced at the reception. 

Get involved on campus by volunteering for the PTA! Beverly PTA has open positions for next year and we are looking for parents who want to join in and help our school continue to be a great place. Becoming a volunteer is one of the most rewarding ways to show support for the children and staff. We LOVE our volunteers and appreciate any amount of time you can give. We have jobs of all sizes and some can be done at home or at school. There are a wide range of volunteer opportunities for our families with both working parents and stay-at-home parents. Any amount of time you can offer is much appreciated!  Email abmcfarland@gmail.com for more information.

Lunch Visitors, please abide by the following district guidelines:

• Parents will be allowed to eat lunch with their child on campuses where space is available.

  • Non-school age siblings are not allowed.

  • Parents may only eat with their child. Their child is not allowed to invite a friend

  • Parents may not sit with their child's class.

• Beverly Guidelines: (sign-ups are no longer necessary)

  • Parents are invited to come for lunch once per month per child

  • Limit to One parent per visit.

We are SO excited to invite you for our first in-person PTA Meeting and Pizza Party on Thursday, March 31, at 6pm. All our Beverly families are invited! This event will happen outdoor at Beverly, during the Book Fair week. Please RSVP here so we can get a headcount for the pizza. 

The Book Fair is OPEN NOW! You can come in person, or you can also set up eWallet for your child to shop.   We need several volunteers during the book fair to help at the cash register. Please click here to sign up to volunteer at the Book Fair. 

Book fair schedule (March 28 - April 1):

• Monday - Thursday: 8 am - 3:15 pm
• Wednesday, March 30, 11:15 - 1 pm - Grand Friends Day (**TOMORROW!**). Parents & Grandparents are welcome to come during your student's lunch period to eat lunch then shop at the book fair.

Lunch Schedule: Kinder - 12:25-12:55, 1st - 11:10-11:40, 2nd - 11:25-11:55, 3rd - 11:40-12:10, 4th - 12:10-12:40, 5th 11:55-12:25

• Thursday, we will be open after school from 4-6 pm, right before the first in-person PTA Meeting which will be at 6 pm.
