• FREE meal provided by the PTA while you volunteer In most cases can be finished in about 4 hours, in one sitting 
• Don’t have to be an accountant! Anyone can do it.

Calling all Bobcats class of 2022! Beverly Elementary Senior Reception will be May 19, 4:30-6pm in the Beverly Library.  All HS seniors that attended Beverly Elementary from 2009-10 through 2014-15 and are graduating from high school this year are invited. Parents/guardians  are welcome as well. 

The 2022 Kirby Scholarship application is open now! This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who attended Beverly at least 4 years. Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. on May 7, 2022. Click here for application form and guidelines. Winner will be announced at the reception. 

Get involved on campus by volunteering for the PTA! Beverly PTA has open positions for next year and we are looking for parents who want to join in and help our school continue to be a great place. Becoming a volunteer is one of the most rewarding ways to show support for the children and staff. We LOVE our volunteers and appreciate any amount of time you can give. We have jobs of all sizes and some can be done at home or at school. Note that we are asking students to wear T-shirts in their grade level color. Students may wear a t-shirt from home, or you may purchase from a retailer. The shirt can have a design that is school appropriate. This is not a requirement and strictly voluntary. It not only looks awesome when students wear the same color, it makes it easy to identify students!

GRADE LEVEL COLORS:

Kindergarten: Yellow
1st Grade: Neon Green
2nd Grade: Red
3rd Grade: Orange
4th Grade: Blue
5th Grade: Black or the 5th Grade shirt

Some other reminders:

• You may want to wear your bathing suit underneath your clothes because we will be getting wet! 

• Bring a change of clothes, shoes,  underwear, and plastic bag for wet clothes.  

• Sunscreen (Apply on your child before he/she comes to school.)

In Person Book Fair is back! Save the Date for our Book Fair on March 28 - April 1.  We need several volunteers during the book fair to help at the cash register. Please click here to sign up to volunteer at the Book Fair. 

Book fair schedule:

• Monday - Thursday: 8 am - 3:15 pm
• Wednesday, March 30, 11:15 - 1 pm - Grand Friends Day. Parents & Grandparents are welcome to come during your student's lunch period to eat lunch then shop at the book fair.
