Spring Online Auction is Coming Up!

Beverly PTA is working on putting together fun items and experiences to bid on, such as teachers and staff experiences, reserved parking spaces, fun kids birthday party, summer camp etc.

But to do this, our PTA Auction Committee needs your help!  It is crunch time for collecting auction items.

How Can You Help?

✅ Do you have extra gift cards you received for Christmas that you're not using?

✅ Do you have an item to donate?

✅ Do you own a local business that have goods or services to donate?

✅ Do you have reward points from Staples or Best Buy that we could use to purchase items for the auction?

Please get in touch with us at programs@beverlypta.com if you have something to donate. We will be collecting donations until January 31. We appreciate it!

The Online Auction is one of PTA's two major fundraisers and its success is key to paying for school programs like: Grade Level Field Trips, Annual Field Day, Class Parties, 5th Grade Graduation, AR Program, some clubs, and so much more!

Join us for another Spirit Night Fundraiser! Tuesday, February 7, all day at Chick-Fil-A Twin Creeks Village location (902 W McDermott Dr, Allen, TX 75013). Head there anytime on December 6 and order yummy Chicken Sandwiches, Nuggets, Salads, or anything you'd like.

IMPORTANT: When you order, please tell your server that you are supporting Beverly Elementary. For online order through the Chick-fil-A Mobile app, indicate “Beverly Elementary” in the Special Request section.

When you mention "Beverly Elementary", Chick-FIl-A will give a percentage of your purchase to our school! If you are looking for an easy way to support Beverly, this has got to be the easiest and yummiest way!

Save the Date for our Field Day: April 5! Parent volunteers are needed. Only CLEARED volunteers are allowed to help on Field Day, so if you haven't, make sure to start your background check application now. Click here to submit your application.

We’re asking students to wear T-shirts in their grade level color.  Students may wear a T-shirt from home, or you may purchase from a retailer.  The shirt can have a design that is school-appropriate.  This is not a requirement and is strictly voluntary.  It not only looks awesome when students wear the same color, but it also makes it easy to identify students!

Retailers:
Amazon, Hobby Lobby, JOANN, Michael, Target, Walmart

Thank you,
Your Beverly Coaches

The yearbook team need pictures from all grade levels and school clubs for our 2022-2023 Yearbook! What we are looking for are pictures from THIS year's events:

- 5th grade overnight camp
- class parties (Winter, Valentine)
- after school clubs (BBN, First Lego League, Science, Art etc)
- special events at school
- school contests (Book Fair, Reading Fair, Science Fair, Fire Prevention, Spelling Bee etc)
- PTA events (Spirit Night, family fun night, etc)

- pictures with teacher or friends at school

Please send your pictures to pictures@beverlypta.com for a chance to be included in our yearbook, so your child's grade level can be represented!

Pictures must be a high enough resolution. Most new mobile phones take great photos. Our yearbook team work really hard to make sure all grade levels are represented well, but we can't guarantee that all photos submitted will be used.
