Let's Get Ready for the Sock Hop!

 6-8pm, Friday, April 27th

 

Grab your poodle skirts and jeans and slick back your hair!

 

Beverly PTA hosts a free evening of dancing and games as we kick off our Spring Book Fair! DJ Tony will be in the house.

 

Cafeteria. $1 concession stands.

 

This is a family event, no drop offs please.

STOP SPCA Drive

Please donate dog collars & leashes along with small treats for the Perry Animal Care Center. 
 
Need more ideas? Check out the Perry Animal Center Wist List on Amazon.  We have been told that their greatest needs are for livestock items. Please contact stop@beverlypta.com for a specific list of these items if you are interested in donating livestock supplies.
 
Due to a recent fire, the center is also in need of cleaning supplies such as Windex & Lysol wipes along with office supplies such as post-it notes & pens. Donations can be left in the SPCA Drive box located near the front office of the school. STOP members will deliver the donations to the Perry Animal Care Center on May 2.

Teacher Appreciation Week - May 7-11

Hospitality is excited to bring Disney to Beverly!  The theme is “Disney Dreaming at Beverly Elementary, the happiest place on earth!”  

 
Please sign up to volunteer for the staff luncheon on May 10th at beverlypta.com.  
 
Your classrooms may need coverage so that every teacher has the opportunity to enjoy lunch.  There are also sign ups for office coverage and specials coverage.  
 
Other opportunities include volunteering to help set up the school on Friday May 4 and Sunday May 6.  Also, hospitality is looking for a bunch of Disney t-shirts (label with your name inside), Disney movie posters, and Disney world family photos.  There will be a box in the front office to collect the items, and you can email the pictures to hospitality@beverlypta.com.  The photos will be hung in a collage on the art wall.

Did you know… walking with your child to school is a great way to connect with your child, community, and nature, not to mention a fun way to get more exercise!

Yearbook Wait List

 
The waitlist form is online with a limited number of books to purchase.
 

We are taking waitlist orders for the yearbook. The deadline has passed for a guaranteedyearbook. However, the publisher usually delivers extra copies due to the printing process. We do NOT know how many extra we will receive, but we are able to take orders for those extra copies on a first come, first served basis. The price is $38. CLICK HERE to place a waitlist order.
