The Beverly PTA Online Auction is LIVE! Bidding runs from 02/19 through 02/29.  Log on, register and get those bids in early! If you register as a bidder by 2/24, you will be entered into a drawing for $1000 off voucher for Orthodontic care at Infinite Orthodontics here in Plano.

Online auction is the PTA’s largest fundraiser of the year and helps pay for a series of programs for Beverly students including field trips, class parties, Accelerated Reading (AR) program, student agendas and so much more!  Bid on a variety of staff and teacher experiences and school spirit. Or choose gift certificates from local spas, entertainments, sports, classes, photography, etc.  Let's make this a successful auction with your participation and support! 

 

 

We have a fabulous and incredibly experienced Field Day Coordinator this year, but she no longer has students at Beverly.  She continues to serve Beverly out of the goodness of her heart! 

We would love for a current parent to start learning the ropes. This year we are looking for an Assistant Field Day Coordinator who could move into the coordinator position next year. 

This is not a super-involved position because you are working with the PE coaches who have everything set up like a well-oiled machine! Please contact volunteers@beverlypta.com if you are interested or if you have any questions!
 
 
 
 

**TOMORROW** Each month the PTA treats the teachers to a fun snack or meal and sometimes we ask for your help to make this happen! This month we want to treat them to coffee and donuts. PTA will provide some yummy catered coffee and we hope you will partner with us and donate some donuts.

Parents, if you have pictures from school events or your child's class or club events this year, please send it to pictures@beverlypta.com so your child's grade level can be represented in the yearbook!
