We're so excited for the new school year to begin. We are hard at work coming up with NEW T-shirt designs that will be available to ORDER at Meet the Teacher. We're also thrilled to be partnering up with Treering for our 2024-2025 school yearbook. Stay tuned for ordering details on our website, coming soon.

In the meantime, here is a checklist to make sure you stay informed this school year!

✔️Create your FREE account at BeverlyPTA.com

✔️If you already have an account, log in and update your information to become a CURRENT contact. Go to "My Account", then "Parent & Student Information". After you find out your child's homeroom teacher, you can update your child's teacher information as well.

✔️After logging in, you will be able to:

Subscribe to our school CALENDAR. You can subscribe by clicking on your name in the log in box and select the Subscriptions tab. Additional instructions are on that screen. You can also view the calendar using the free Membership Toolkit app.

✔️Submit your BACKGROUND CHECK THROUGH VOLY if you plan to volunteer at Beverly this school year. Visit http://www.pisd.edu/volunteer to begin the process.

✔️Download the "Membership Toolkit" app in your App Store or Google play and you can access all this information.

SKYWARD FAMILY ACCESS

**IMPORTANT REMINDER**

PISD has now implemented Skyward Family Access to replace Parent Portal. EVERYONE must set up an account, even returning students. After creating the account, families of both current and newly enrolled PISD students must update several annual registration forms.

Schedules/teacher reveal will be available August 5 in Family Access once your registration forms are completed.
