OPEN HOUSE IS TODAY! Bobcat Parents, you are invited to come see and enjoy all of the hard work your students' put in this year so far! Don't miss the Beverly Open House tonight, Thursday, March 5, at 6-7pm. It's a come and go event.

We will be holding a pickup table during Open House in the cafeteria to collect payment (credit card, cash or check) and provide you with your winning items. Cash or check payments are appreciated as they help the PTA avoid paying credit card fees.
Below are a few notes:
- If you have already paid online, don't worry, we have tracked payments.
- If you have won a teacher/staff member experience, your teacher will be in contact with you on scheduling and next steps.
- If you won a school supply kit, your name will be added to the supply list, but we will need confirmation on your students name for our delivery records. You can send this via email or when you come to pay.
- If you won naming the drop off street or the parking, we will need the name for the plaque and/or street name. You can send this via email or when you come to pay.
- Lastly, if you will not be at open house and need to plan something different for pickup, please reach out directly at onlineauction@beverlypta.com so we can discuss options.
Field Day is coming soon on April 24! Parents, if you are planning to come, don't forget to submit your PISD background check here. All volunteers must have background check on file and it can take up to 2 weeks to get cleared, so submit it now if you haven't!
