The Online Auction is the PTA's largest fundraiser of the year and its success is key to paying for school programs like: Grade Level Field Trips, Class Parties, 5th Grade Graduation, AR Program, STOP, student agendas, teacher wish list items for the classrooms and so much more.



BIDDING: Bidding runs from 2/22 through 3/3.  Bidding is by proxy, which means that you may enter your maximum bid at the beginning of the auction.  Your bid will only increase by one bid increment over the second highest bid.  Don’t have regrets at the auction’s end; get those maximum bids in early.


CLOSING TIMES: Auctions will begin closing on Sunday evening, March 3 at 8:00 pm.  There will be five staggered closing times to allow bidders to focus on trying to win multiple items.   The closing times of specific items is noted on each auction listing.  Please take note of the closing schedule:


8:00 pm Restaurants| Beauty |Services

8:15pm Entertainment  | Sports

8:30pm Collectibles | Photography

8:45pm Teacher and Staff Extravaganza

9:00pm  School Spirit


TAX DEDUCTIBILITY: You may be eligible for a tax deduction for any amount you paid above the estimated value of your auction items.  Ask your tax preparation expert for details.


PAYMENT & PICKUP: You can make your payment by credit card at the close of the auction.  If you prefer to pay by cash or check, let us know by email at:  We are happy to take checks or cash, but you must let us knowPickup is Friday March 8th from 2:00 – 6:00 pm at Beverly Elementary School.
