☑ After logging in, you will be able to:

• receive weekly e-Newsletter to stay informed!

☑ NEW! PISD is now using the Voly system to manage volunteers and volunteer opportunities. This MUST be completed for you to go Beverly to volunteer (e.g: lunch duty, class party, field trip, field day etc). Visit www.pisd.edu/volunteer to begin the process,.

☑ Download the "Membership Toolkit" app in your App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and you can access all this information even easier!

The pandemic and other issues have caused us to fall behind on getting spirit wear orders fulfilled as quickly as we would have liked. If you purchased spirit wear more than a week ago and have not yet received it, please locate your order confirmation email (if possible) and forward to spiritwear@beverlypta.com. We are working on getting caught up and appreciate your patience and understanding as our volunteer coordinator work this out.

Go to "My Account", then "Parent & Student Information". Update your information and update your child's teacher information as well.

**TONIGHT** Our Parent Information Night will be VIRTUAL this year. Your child's teacher will be sending more information and links for the Zoom meeting.

We would like to invite you to our first PTA General Meeting of the year! We will be doing it virtually and a Zoom link will be sent out to those who sign up to attend. More information to come!

Location: Plano Senior High School practice fields (behind the baseball field off Independence)

Join Plano Wildcats for a fun and interactive intro to the fundamentals of lacrosse. Equipment will be provided during the clinic. Wear athletic clothing and cleats or athletic shoes.  

• Youth teams  K-2nd, 3-4th, 5-6th, and 7-8th graders.
• Plano Senior High School team for 9-12th graders.

We need about 4-6 more volunteers to be a part of our Fall Fundraiser team. This position can be done from home! Because it is a team effort, the workloads for this position are divided and won't just fall on one person. Any amount of time you can offer is much appreciated! NEW this year!

The PISD volunteering process has changed! We are now using the Voly system to manage our volunteers and volunteer opportunities. This MUST be completed for you to go Beverly to volunteer (e.g: lunch duty, class party, field trip, field day etc). Visit www.pisd.edu/volunteer to begin the process, which includes a background check. It only takes a few minutes! After submitting the form, the background check takes a few days to be approved, so it is best to get this done NOW so you don't have to worry about it. Once your application is complete, you will be able to sign up for volunteer opportunities at Beverly and our PTA.
