☑ NEW! PISD is now using the Voly system to manage volunteers and volunteer opportunities. This MUST be completed for you to go Beverly to volunteer (e.g: lunch duty, class party, field trip, field day etc). Visit www.pisd.edu/volunteer to begin the process,.

☑ Download the "Membership Toolkit" app in your App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and you can access all this information even easier!

If you ordered school supplies from the PTA, they will be delivered to your child's classroom before "Meet the Teacher" on August 10. All school supplies have been SOLD OUT. Click the green button below to see the list of our school supply for each grade level. 

*Important!* All PTA accounts become inactive every year in the summer. You need to log in to BeverlyPTA.com and become a CURRENT contact to keep receiving this e-Newsletter. Go to "My Account", then "Parent & Student Information". Update your information and later in a few weeks, you will be able to update your child's teacher information as well.

**TONIGHT!** Help us celebrate our return back to campus! Come meet other Bobcat families and write encouraging and positive messages or pictures on the sidewalk in front of the school to start our year off right. 

Wednesday, August 11

We are so happy to welcome all our bobcats back to school! Parents and guardians are welcome to walk their child into their classroom on the first day of school. Please note that no cafeteria visitors will be permitted during the 1st nine weeks, according to PISD Return to School Health & Safety Protocols Update. Wishing all our bobcats a great year ahead!

Tuesday, August 17

Due to updated safety protocols from the district, our Parent Information Night will be VIRTUAL this year. More information and detail to come from your child's teacher. 

We need about 4-6 more volunteers to be a part of our Fall Fundraiser team. This position can be done from home! Because it is a team effort, the workloads for this position are divided and won't just fall on one person. Any amount of time you can offer is much appreciated! Please reach out to Tiffani Rivers at waysandmeans@beverlypta.com to sign up and be a part of this committee, or if you have any question.

NEW this year!

The PISD volunteering process has changed! We are now using the Voly system to manage our volunteers and volunteer opportunities. This MUST be completed for you to go Beverly to volunteer (e.g: lunch duty, class party, field trip, field day etc). Visit www.pisd.edu/volunteer to begin the process, which includes a background check. It only takes a few minutes! After submitting the form, the background check takes a few days to be approved, so it is best to get this done NOW so you don't have to worry about it. Once your application is complete, you will be able to sign up for volunteer opportunities at Beverly and our PTA.
