The PTA is hosting a welcome back breakfast for Beverly staffs and teachers. Thank you for those of you who have signed up to bring some items! If you still would like to contribute, donated items can be brought to the front of the school/office by August 4th. Please click below to sign up. 

If you ordered school supplies from the PTA, they will be delivered to your child's classroom before "Meet the Teacher" on August 10. We only have very limited quantity of school supply for sale. Come meet other incoming Beverly kindergarten families for popsicle playdate at the Suncreek/Brookwood neighborhood park! Please pass this information along to other kindergarten families you know! We hope to see lots of our new Bobcats there!

Tuesday, August 10, 6-7pm

Help us celebrate our return back to campus! Come meet other Bobcat families and write encouraging and positive messages or pictures on the sidewalk in front of the school to start our year off right. 

Tuesday, August 10, 8am-9am

Meet your child's teachers on August 10 at 8am! School supplies will be available for those who have ordered. 

Teacher assignments will be released sometime the week before school starts. Please note that in order to know who your student’s new teacher will be, you must update your information in the parent portal. 

Parents must complete/update the following:

• Emergency Card Information
• Registration Forms-Truancy Warning, Student Policy Packets, Statement of Consent Form, Student Information Release Form, PTA Consent Form.

We need about 4-6 more volunteers to be a part of our Fall Fundraiser team. This position can be done from home! Because it is a team effort, the workloads for this position are divided and won't just fall on one person. Any amount of time you can offer is much appreciated!
