Beverly PTA's Annual Online Auction Is Headed Your Way February 18- February 27, 2022! This is a fun annual tradition and a great fundraiser for PTA programs for your students like classroom parties, field trips, online curriculum, and more!

We are working on putting together fun items and experiences to bid on, such as teachers and staff experiences, reserved parking spaces, and even some packages for a fun staycation, family movie night, etc.

But to do this, the Auction Committee needs your help!  It is crunch time for collecting auction items.

How Can You Help Our Auction Committee?

Do you have an item to donate?

Do you frequent a local business that might be willing to donate?

Do you have extra gift cards you received for Christmas that you're not using?

Do you have reward points from Staples or Best Buy that we could use to purchase items for the auction?

Are you willing to help solicit auction items but need training?

The Online Auction is one of PTA's two major fundraisers and its success is key to paying for school programs like: Grade Level Field Trips, Annual Field Day, Class Parties, 5th Grade Graduation, AR Program, some clubs, and so much more!
 

Back again this year and special for our 5th graders: Recognition Ads are for sale (LIMITED QUANTITY)! Show your 5th grader student how special they are with a personalized ad in the 2021-2022 Yearbook. You can design and personalize your own ad with your student's pictures and special notes from you! Don't worry, there are tons of template available and it is very easy to design! Quarter-page ad (1/4) and Eight-page ad (1/8) available.

Spring Group and Individual Picture Day is coming up on Thursday, January 27, 2022.

This Thursday, order forms will be sent home with your student. There is one form for Individual photos and one form for Group photos. You will only have one opportunity to order the group photo.

Both Individual and Group photos can be ordered ahead of time online at mylifetouch.com.

The picture ID for the group photo is EVT2GRMMJ.

And the Picture ID for the individual photo is EVTRH9QVT.

If you prefer, you can use the order forms that will be sent home this coming Thursday.

Nominate your favorite Beverly teacher for the RoughRiders Foundation and CoServe Teacher of the Month Program.  School staff, parents and community members can nominate deserving educators that stand out for their excellence in the classroom, school, and community.
