Beverly PTA's Annual Online Auction Is Headed Your Way February 18- February 27, 2022! This is a fun annual tradition and a great fundraiser for PTA programs for your students like classroom parties, field trips, online curriculum, and more!

We are working on putting together fun items and experiences to bid on, such as possible staff experiences, reserved parking spaces, and even some packages for a fun staycation, family movie night, etc.

But to do this, the Auction Committee needs your help!  It is crunch time for collecting auction items.

How Can You Help Our Auction Committee?

Do you have an item to donate?

Do you frequent a local business that might be willing to donate?

Do you have extra gift cards you received for Christmas that you're not using?

Do you have reward points from Staples or Best Buy that we could use to purchase items for the auction?

Are you willing to help solicit auction items but need training?

The Online Auction is one of PTA's two major fundraisers and its success is key to paying for school programs like: Grade Level Field Trips, Annual Field Day, Class Parties, 5th Grade Graduation, AR Program, some clubs, and so much more!

01/10 Monday- On Our Way to College! Wear a Beverly, Hendrick, Clark, or Plano Senior High shirt.

01/11 Tuesday- My Future is Bright! Wear neon.

01/12 Wednesday- "Marvel" at your future. Dress as a superhero.

01/13 Thursday- Dream Big! Wear pajamas.

01/14 Friday- Plan for Success! Wear a college shirt and think about your plan for the future.

Want to help our PTA but don't have time to volunteer on an ongoing basis? Volunteer for our nominating committee! Duties listed further below.

In January we get to form our yearly nominating committee -- 5 PTA members with 2 alternates. This is a great way to meet other parents and find out how PTA works!

Duties: Committee members will hold one or two meetings (in-person or virtually, and according to committee members' schedules) to discuss open positions and make recommendations. Other communications between committee members may be done informally as needed.

Committee members will contact recommended members to offer the opportunity to serve. Committee members are not required or expected to know everything about the positions. They may refer members with questions to this role description page, as well as to the PTA president and other current board members.

We have a special volunteer opportunity on campus, Bobcats! Beginning December 1, we need volunteers to assist during lunch periods in the cafeteria. One person per grade level 2nd through 5th. (Kinder and 1st eat in their classrooms, so volunteers are not needed for them.)
