We are so excited to be able to welcome parents back as lunchtime visitors. Please read the information below and then use the Sign-Up Genius link to reserve a spot if you would like to visit your child for lunch.

· Limited to one visit a month per child.

· If you have multiple students, you must sign up for a spot with each grade level.

· Only one parent/ guardian may attend for the lunchtime visit.

· Guests may only eat with their child, no other classmates/ friends may join.

Fall Book Fair is here! On December 6-10, Beverly PTA and Beverly Library are hosting our Fall Book Fair in the library and virtually. Parents can set up an E-wallet for their child. Only students will be able to shop at the in-person book fair at the library. We also have the online book fair if parents would like to shop (starting Dec 6).

You are invited to our next general PTA Meeting. Anyone can attend and learn about the different programs and events our PTA is doing for our school. We have a special volunteer opportunity on campus, Bobcats! Beginning December 1, we need volunteers to assist during lunch periods in the cafeteria. One person per grade level 2nd through 5th. (Kinder and 1st eat in their classrooms, so volunteers are not needed for them.)

Volunteers must have completed their PISD volunteer application via Voly in order to volunteer for this job. Please sign up via VOLY.
