Volunteer Applications

Volunteer applications for 2018-19 can be completed after July 1st.  Please renew your volunteer application form online at https://www.pisd.edu/Page/1605

 

You MUST be a cleared volunteer to work classroom parties, lunch duty, hallway work, field trips, library, etc.  If you have any questions, contact Allison at volunteers@beverlypta.com

Update info on www.BeverlyPTA.com

Please log in to become a "Current" contact by updating any new info.  For your child's teacher, select "unknown".  You can find your child's teacher through PISD's website on August 8.

New Student Registration

9am - 11am; 1pm - 3pm
 
New Student Enrollment forms are available at www.pisd.edu/enrollment. These forms can be filled out and printed prior to coming to school to register.
 
PTA members will also be there to meet you and answer questions in the morning.

If you order school supplies or spirit wear, they will be waiting for you in your classroom!

Park opens: 10:30 am – use your admission ticket ALL DAY
Park re-opens for a PTA private party: 6:30-9:30 pm –use your wristband to re-enter

 

$15 – Park admission
$20 – Park admission with unlimited drink
$25 – Park admission with unlimited drink and a walk up meal
$10 – Coolers with non-commercial food

 

Children under 2 years old – FREE

First Day of School/Bobcat Breakfast for Parents

Drop off your children in their classrooms and head to the cafeteria for our annual Boo-Hoo/Woo-Hoo Breakfast for parents sponsored by the PTA.

Gardening Project

Calling all Beverly Girl Scout Troops and Boy Scout Troops!  The Beverly PTA Community Outreach Chairs are looking for help with a gardening project for the 2018-19 school year.  Troop leaders, please contactcommunityoutreach@beverlypta.com by August 24th.
