Auction closes Sunday!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Bidding runs from 4/6 through 4/15. Bidding can be done by proxy, which means that you may enter your maximum bid at the beginning of the auction. Your bid will only increase by one bid increment over the second highest bid. Don’t have regrets at the auction’s end. Get those maximum bids in early!
The auction will begin closing on Sunday evening, April 15th at 8:30 pm. There will be five staggered closing times to allow bidders to focus on trying to win multiple items. The closing times of specific items is noted on each auction listing. Please take note of the closing schedule:

TAX HOLIDAY & TAX DEDUCTIBILITY
The Beverly Elementary PTA auction is conducted as one of our two annual tax free events. That means that you do not have to pay sales tax on the items you purchase even if they are normally taxable. Keep these built-in savings in mind when you calculate your bid. You may be eligible for a tax deduction for any amount you paid above the estimated value of your auction items. Ask your tax preparation expert for details. PICKUP Pay by credit card at auction close or bring a check to item pick up if you prefer. Pickup is Friday April 20th from 1:00 – 6:00 pm at Beverly Elementary School.
